We are a provider of technology services for collegiate athletic programs to monitor and support NCAA compliance in providing admissions to ticketed athletic events for student-athlete's family and friends.
Q:   How much does Comptix cost?
A:  
Comptix charges for services by assessing small service charge for each name added to a gate list. Service plans provide a number of free gatelist entries and discounted service fees. Check the pricing page for the current rates.
Q:   Why should we use the Comptix service?
A:  
Comptix was designed to promote compliance by enforcing school, conference and NCAA rules while eliminating manual procedures, reducing paperwork, and building a communications link with team members, their families and friends.
Q:   Am I limited in which teams can use Comptix?
A:  
No, Comptix can be used for any ticketed event including post season events with no extra cost other than the per ticket cost, if any, required by your service level.
Q:   Why was I billed less for September than I expected?
A:  
Our monthly billing period ends the 18th of each month. Your Semptember bill covers events scheduled August 19-September 18, not the entire month of September. This allows us sufficient time to compile and audit activity reports in order to send invoices the first week of the month, every month, even during the holidays.
Q:   Why was I billed more for September than I expected?
A:  
For billing purposes, we account for each ticket added. Administrative actions such as suspensions, reduced allocations or reclassifications after the guests are added remove guests from the gate list reports but do not affect billing.
Q:   Can Comptix customized to our rules or will we have to change our rules to fit your system?

Almost any rule set can be successfully modeled with our Comptix software. If more extensive changes are required, custom modifications are available.
